Our Story
A neighbourhood room for slow mornings and long conversations.
Trieste began as a small idea between friends: a room with good light, honest food, and a coffee bar that takes its time. Six years later, that idea hasn't changed. We still source our beans from a single roaster, still bake our pastries the same morning they're served, and still believe a café should feel like an extension of your living room.
Most of our regulars know our baristas by name. Some have watched their kids grow up at the same window seat. That's the part we're proud of.
